Role Overview:

• – Responsible for programming, setting up, and optimizing CNC-controlled equipment.
• – Ensures that machines are correctly prepared for production, programs are accurate, and processes are efficient and stable.
• – Provides technical support to operators , however, will work as an operator as well.

 Key Responsibilities:

• – Prepare and set up CNC machines (lathes, milling centers, laser/plasma cutters, circular and gear grinders).
• – Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs (directly at the machine or using CAD/CAM software such as SolidCAM or Mastercam).
• – Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
• – Conduct first-part runs, measure critical dimensions, and adjust programs for accuracy.
• – Train and guide CNC operators in safe and efficient machine operation.
• – Continuously improve machining processes for productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• – Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to solve technical problems.

Requirements:

• – Advanced technical background in machining and CNC technology.
• – Strong experience in machine setup and CNC programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenheim, or similar controls).
• – Proficiency in SolidCAM or Mastercam for CNC programming.
• – Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and 3D models.
• – Deep knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
• – Experience with precision grinding and gear machining (advantage).
• – Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and mentor operators.
• – English at technical level for manuals, remote support, and communication with suppliers.
