The Development Engineer undertakes the study, design, optimization, and creation of prototype components, constructions and superstructures of vehicles, in collaboration with the Production, Quality, and Procurement departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• – Study, design and development of products/components based on technical specifications and market requirements
• – Implementation of safety protocols and manufacturers’ specifications.
• – Use of CAD/CAE tools for design and simulation
• – Cooperation with the rest of the technical team for the effective execution of tasks.
• – Participation in the improvement of existing products and production processes.
• – Observance of health and safety rules in the workplace.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• – Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a university education.
• – Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems of vehicles.
• – Knowledge of design programs (CAD / CAM etc.).
• – Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• – Team spirit, responsibility and consistency.
• – Good command of English (technical terminology).
• – Knowledge of technical terminology.
• – Experience in a similar position (at least 3 years).
