The Welder undertakes the execution of welding works on military vehicle products/components and vehicle bodybuilders, in collaboration with the production, quality and procurement departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- high precision of welding works on products/components of vehicles and vehicle bodies based on technical specifications and military standards.
- Implementation of safety protocols.
- Cooperation with the rest of the technical team for the effective execution of tasks.
- Perform high quality welding on steel, aluminum and armoured parts.
- Reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Operate necessary equipment professionally and according to requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, following safety protocols.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree of Welder from a technical school or higher education.

The Electrical Engineer undertakes the study, design, optimization and creation of prototype electrical circuits for vehicles and vehicle bodies, in collaboration with the production, quality and procurement departments. The role is from design specification to production and testing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study, design and development of products/components based on technical specifications.
- create and maintain technical documentation, BOM and similar.
- Work in accordance with military standards and use of CAD/CAE tools for design and simulation.
- Integrate electrical systems with mechanical and other components and teams.
- Participation in the improvement of existing products and production processes
- testing, troubleshooting and verification of systems

The HR & Office Coordinator is responsible for managing issues related to the company’s human resources, complying with labor legislation, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and providing administrative support to the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation and monitoring of labor and insurance legislation.
- Keeping and updating personnel records (recruitment, departures, leaves, absences, daily monitoring of the entry and exit of employees, etc.).
- Preparation and submission of declarations to ERGANI, EFKA, AADE, etc. bodies.
- Carrying out the process of evaluation and recruitment of personnel.

The position undertakes the responsibility for supply of the necessary materials, raw materials, electrical and mechanical and other components, tools and machinery for their operation mainly for vehicle platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- identify and evaluate new suppliers for specialized automotive component.
- Lead commercial negotiations to ensure optimal terms quality and lead time with timely
- Involvement with import and export.
